Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Submit a refund request through your account dashboard
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete
Buyer Rights
Buyers are entitled to a refund if the product is not as described or defective.
- Full refund for defective or damaged products
- Partial refund option for minor issues with mutual agreement
- Right to cancel order within 14 days of purchase

Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
