These Trade-In Terms explain how the trade-in program offered on globalagdrtv.com works, what is expected from customers, and what rights and responsibilities apply when trading in electronic devices.

By submitting a device for trade-in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Trade-In Terms, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. What Is the Trade-In Program?

Exact Solution may allow customers to trade in eligible electronic devices (such as phones, tablets, or other electronics) in exchange for:

  • Store credit
  • Discounts
  • Other promotional benefits

Trade-in services may be:

  • Provided directly by GLOBAL AGD RTV SP. Z O.O., or
  • Offered by independent third-party sellers operating on our marketplace

The responsible party will always be clearly identified during the trade-in process.

3. Who Can Use the Trade-In Program?

To participate in the trade-in program, you must:

  • Be the legal owner of the device
  • Have the legal right to transfer ownership
  • Ensure the device is not stolen, counterfeit, or subject to unpaid financing

By submitting a device, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Device Condition & Evaluation Process

When you submit a device for trade-in:

  • The value shown online is an estimated value only
  • The final value is determined after the device is physically inspected

If the actual condition of the device does not match the description you provided:

  • The trade-in value may be adjusted, or
  • The trade-in may be rejected

If a device is rejected, it may be:

  • Returned to you, or
  • Recycled or disposed of lawfully, depending on the option selected during the trade-in process

5. Your Responsibility for Personal Data (GDPR-Relevant)

Before sending your device, you are responsible for protecting your personal data.

You must:

  • Back up all personal data
  • Log out of accounts (e.g., Apple ID, Google accounts)
  • Disable security locks and remove SIM/memory cards
  • Perform a full factory reset

GLOBAL AGD RTV SP. Z O.O. and third-party sellers do not access or intentionally process personal data on traded-in devices and are not responsible for data left on a device.

This section does not limit your data protection rights under GDPR or other applicable laws.

6. Shipping of Trade-In Devices

Shipping instructions will be provided during the trade-in process.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • You are responsible for packaging the device securely
  • Damage caused by poor packaging may affect trade-in eligibility
  • Risk of loss or damage during transit is handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Transfer of Ownership

Once your device has been accepted:

  • Ownership of the device transfers to GLOBAL AGD RTV SP. Z O.O. or the responsible third-party seller
  • You permanently give up all rights to the device

Until acceptance, ownership remains with you.

8. Fraud, Abuse & Misrepresentation

If you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information (for example, incorrect device model or condition):

  • The trade-in may be cancelled
  • Benefits may be withdrawn
  • Your account may be restricted or suspended
  • Legal action may be taken where permitted by law

GLOBAL AGD RTV SP. Z O.O. reserves the right to refuse participation in the trade-in program where misuse or fraud is suspected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • GLOBAL AGD RTV SP. Z O.O. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to trade-in participation
  • GLOBAL AGD RTV SP. Z O.O. is not liable for actions or failures of independent third-party sellers
  • Nothing in these Trade-In Terms limits or removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Changes to the Trade-In Program

GLOBAL AGD RTV SP. Z O.O. may modify, suspend, or discontinue the trade-in program at any time, subject to applicable laws.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

11. Governing Law

These Trade-In Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory laws provide greater rights than those stated here, such laws shall prevail.
